This course is in two parts.
Part 1: Time Management guide for everyone with basic Outlook knowledge. It'll show you the best and proven time management strategies and tactics to better organize your work and private life, focus on your goals and most important tasks to achieve what matters most to you, and use Outlook for your weekly and daily planning.
Part 2: The skills and knowledge acquired are sufficient to be able to manage and organise your e-mail, schedule meetings with colleagues, manage your contact information, create task requests for others to perform and much more.
Audience
This book is for all Outlook users who want to boost their time management skills and need to use Outlook in a better, faster, more productive way to organize their email, tasks, and appointments. It won't show you each available Outlook function, just those you would like to achieve this goal as quickly and as easily as possible.
This course assumes some knowledge of the Outlook software and it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the Windows operating system environment.
