PRINCE2 Agile Foundation with Exam

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation with exam enables you to benefit from PRINCE2 Agile's guidance on delivering, managing and working within agile projects and project teams, without the need for any prior knowledge of PRINCE2®. To pass the Foundation exam, you will need to demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the PRINCE2 Agile® project management method.

The qualification is aimed at all individuals and organisations involved with project, product and programme delivery and support.

PRINCE2® Agile describes how to configure and tune PRINCE2® so that PRINCE2® can be used in the most effective way when combining it with agile behaviours, concepts, frameworks and techniques.
