• Module 01 - Building Teamwork

  If you ask a number of people, they will all give you a slightly different definition of what makes a great team. By clarifying the teaming process, we can enhance team productivity, individual motivation, and personal growth among team members.

  Outcomes:

  1. Learn to identify the different types of teams
  2. Develop clear strategies to build a positive team culture
  3. Recognise the different team development stages and behaviours to move forward
  4. Learn techniques to build trust, commitment and create a supportive team culture
  5. Identifying specific behaviours and action plans to improve teamwork
  6. Utilise strategies to capitalise on personal and role diversity
• Module 02 - Five Behaviours of Cohesive Teams

  The Five Behaviours of Cohesive Teams helps individuals and organisations reveal what it takes to build truly cohesive and effective teams. It is grounded in the model described in "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team", the internationally best-selling book by Patrick Lencioni.

  Outcomes:

  1. Learn the powerful Five Behaviours model approach to team development
  2. Demonstrate vulnerability-based trust among team members
  3. Master healthy and productive conflict around team issues

• Module 03 - Dealing with Challenging People and Difficult Conversations

  Workplaces are filled with all types of challenging people and in dealing with them we often find ourselves needing to have difficult conversations. By understanding difficult situations and behaviours, a savvy person can resolve the problematic situations effectively and maintain positive relationships.

  Outcomes:

  1. Handle difficult people calmly and diplomatically
  2. Use communication tools to connect and collaborate in tough situations
  3. Speak assertively and respectfully when there is diversity or difference of opinions
  4. Know how to give people feedback and set appropriate boundaries
  5. Minimise conflict and deadlocks by focusing on needs, not positions or history
  6. Take a win-win approach to resolving differences of opinion
• Module 04 - Managing Change

  In order to stay ahead of new technological and economic developments, companies need to embrace change. Everyone responds to change in their own way, yet we know many individuals resist, ignore or are just flat out exhausted by the constant change they face. The ability to adapt to ongoing change with agility and speed whilst engaging others is one of the critical challenges facing organisations, teams, and leaders today.

  Outcomes:

  1. Learn the dynamics of change at the individual, team, and organisational level
  2. Understand people’s challenges and concerns regarding changes
  3. Identify change strategies to effectively facilitate change and engage stakeholders
  4. Understand the lifecycle steps to manage change
  5. Successfully plan and deliver communications during the change process
  6. Recognise how to lock in the change and make it stick
• Module 05 - Conflict Resolution

  In the professional world, conflict is often necessary to look at our plans and decisions from different perspectives. While healthy conflict discussion can be positive, when people cannot work through an issue, it can lead to unpleasant encounters, hurt feelings, damaged relationships and stunted productivity.

  Outcomes:

  1. Gain a thorough understanding of the sources, causes and types of conflict
  2. Explore the different ways conflict is expressed in a work environment (silence not violence)
  3. Identify how to recognise and prevent conflict before it escalates
  4. Clarify the factors and issues relevant to conflict while exploring possible resolutions
  5. Master all six phases of the conflict resolution process
  6. Learn practical techniques to manage anger, frustration, and stress
