APMG-International Better Business Cases™ Foundation E-learning
Our fully-accredited Better Business Cases Foundation e-learning allows you to learn at a pace that suits you, at home or on the go.
About the course
Many projects commence with an optimistic business case which is often poorly written. This results in organisations spending money that may well not give them the return they expect or want. Nowadays, the focus is increasingly on showing value for money.
The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the guidance to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a team to develop a business case using the Five Case Model. The Foundation qualification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification.
Accredited APMG-International Better Business Cases Foundation training is provided by ILX Group, an APMG-International Accredited Training Organisation.
